– TERMS AND CONDITIONS
“Photographer” refers to Lisa Scott Photography
“Client” refers to the person(s) booking photography services
“Session” refers to the scheduled photography appointment
– A session fee is required to secure your session date and time. It is held for 24 hour from date of enquiry.
– Full session fee must be made before any session date is confirmed.
– All collections and products must be paid in full at time of ordering. You do not have to order anything until you have seen all edited images.
– Sessions will start at the agreed time
– Late arrivals will result in reduced session time. You are booked for your session if it is 1 hour or 2. If you arrive late your session will still end at the scheduled time.
– The photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances.
– For newborn sessions, safety is paramount and the session will proceed at baby’s pace
– Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the booking fee. (Please get in touch if sickness is an issues and with any newborn session)
– One free reschedule is permitted. Second reschedule will forfeit your session fee and a new session fee will be required.
– Additional reschedules may incur an administrative fee
– Images will be delivered within two weeks of the session
– Images will be provided by a viewing session at the studio or online. (No later than 2 weeks after your session date)
– Selection of images must be made within 7 days of gallery delivery or a £15 charge will be applied to upload the gallery.
– All images remain the intellectual property of Lisa Scott Photography
– Clients can use for personal use only. Please do not share with other businesses to promote them.
– You will be asked if permission is given for portfolio, marketing, and social media.
– Basic editing is included in all packages
– Extensive editing may incur additional charges
– The photographer’s artistic style will be maintained in all edits, no images are viewed unedited for the end gallery.
– RAW files are not included in any package and will not be provided under any circumstances-
– Products will be ordered upon full payment due to bespoke products.
– Delivery times vary by product type, this information will be shared at time of ordering.
– Claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
– The photographer maintains professional insurance coverage
– The photographer is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control
– Clients are responsible for their children’s safety during sessions
– Client details will be stored securely
– Images will not be shared without client consent
– Personal information will not be sold to third parties
– Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of service/product delivery
– The photographer will respond within 7 working days
– The photographer is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
